中古の給湯器の取り付けをして頂きました。設置場所が非常に狭く、工事は難航しましたが、非常に丁寧に、誠実にご対応頂きました。 また、他の工事を依頼したいと心から思える業者さんでした。ありがとうございました。

長年放置してきてかなりゴミが溜まっていたが、キレイに掃除していただいた。

I had termite/white ant check and preventative treatment completed by Kawanabe of Clean King 1978. Everything went smoothly - thankfully there were no termites present. The work is warranted for five years. Three extra points: 1. My wife and I are not Japanese, but communication was smooth and Kawanabe was very helpful and explained things clearly with us and answered all our questions with the help of translation tools. Thank you. 2. He also protected the outside parts of the house that could be affected by termites, and also placed preventative barriers to stop entry to rodents like mice. This was done at no extra cost. Thank you. I definitely recommend him to do a great job at a very reasonable price.

小雨模様の中、梅雨明け夏の季節、暑苦しいにもかかわらず一生懸命作業して頂きました。出来栄えは予想以上で剪定、草刈り、草取り等々、それまで鬱陶しかった庭がスッキリし、とても気に入りました。自分でも機械を使って時々草刈りなどしましたが、やはりプロの技術や完璧さに関する心意気が違うと痛感しました。また、機会がありましたら、ぜひ嘉の屋苑さんにお願いしたいと思います。

建物が古いせいか、台所にゴキブリを発見し始めてからが恐怖でした。 必要な薬剤や、どうしたらゴキブリがいなくなるのかアドバイスも頂けてとても助かりました。 他のスタッフさんも、皆様親切な方ばかりです。
