自宅のドアに穴が空いてしまい、急遽ドア交換をお願いしました。 メッセージのやりとりもレスポンスが早く、どういったドアの種類があるか、また価格設定についてもかなり丁寧にご説明いただき安心でした。 また、想定していた金額よりもかからなかったところも嬉しかったです。 交換作業も迅速に進めていただき、仕上がりも非常に満足しております。 (元々ついていた留め具など、細かいところまで仕上げていただきました) 年末のお忙しいところありがとうございました。 また何かあった際はお願いしたいと思います。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

洗濯物に黒いカスが付くようになりましたのだ依頼を致しました。 分解して頂き洗濯槽のカビやその他の汚れに驚きました。 確認したときは落ちないのかな？と思いましたがとてもきれいになったおりました。 親しみやすい人柄で安心して任せられました。ありがとうございました。

I had termite/white ant check and preventative treatment completed by Kawanabe of Clean King 1978. Everything went smoothly - thankfully there were no termites present. The work is warranted for five years. Three extra points: 1. My wife and I are not Japanese, but communication was smooth and Kawanabe was very helpful and explained things clearly with us and answered all our questions with the help of translation tools. Thank you. 2. He also protected the outside parts of the house that could be affected by termites, and also placed preventative barriers to stop entry to rodents like mice. This was done at no extra cost. Thank you. I definitely recommend him to do a great job at a very reasonable price.
