I had termite/white ant check and preventative treatment completed by Kawanabe of Clean King 1978. Everything went smoothly - thankfully there were no termites present. The work is warranted for five years. Three extra points: 1. My wife and I are not Japanese, but communication was smooth and Kawanabe was very helpful and explained things clearly with us and answered all our questions with the help of translation tools. Thank you. 2. He also protected the outside parts of the house that could be affected by termites, and also placed preventative barriers to stop entry to rodents like mice. This was done at no extra cost. Thank you. I definitely recommend him to do a great job at a very reasonable price.

初のシロアリ予防でお願いしました。 受付、見積もり、契約までとてもスムーズに対応していただきました。 仕事の内容もしっかりと対応していただき満足です。 ただ、お客の前(リビング床下入口)で下着になり着替えるのはどうでしょう？こちらは私と息子と男性のみでしたし私は気にする方ではないですが普通はないですよね。 下見の時は車に着替えに行かれていたと妻に聞いていますので担当さんによるのかな？と思います。 あとはオプション土間下の散布もお願いしました。穴埋めしていると作業者の方に確認しましたがどうでしょう？ コーキングで補修しているようですが補充量が足らず穴あき状態です。自分で直します。 安価に対応して作業の内容もそれまでの対応も非常に良かっただけにとても残念です。
